How can i fix my naturally curly hair? Weeelllll..
I straighten my hair everyday, and i've dyed it about 12 times with a home dying kit...
No one ever sees my natural hair, and i suppose it can look nice. it looks great after its wet out of the shower. but when it dries it looks kinda boffy and frizzy and i swear to god it does my head in..
AND PLEASE dont reccomend shampoo to me. it wont work. it never does.
I need an answer please to how i can make my curls more glossy and shiny, without being frizzy. when i go to bed. i wake up and its all over the place. before i go to bed is there a way i can tie it up to make it really nice for the morning???

x :) | First of all, stop going against your natural hair texture with the daily straightening. As your hair is already so damaged from the straightening and hair dyes, try using hot oil treatment and/or deep conditioners to bring back some healthy shine. Consider getting a trim to snip off all the damaged parts and start fresh. Then use anti-frizz sprays after washing your hair instead of shine-sprays, which tends to flatten hair with the amount you would need to add shine to such damaged hair. And put a bit of gel (as opposed to mousse, which makes it even poufier, building volume, since curly hair is already naturally voluminous enough), scrunching your curls with fingers as you blowdry to texturize or bring out those curls. Try to wash your hair in the morning, instead of night time, to prevent the "bed hair." A friend of mine uses these methods, except she lets her hair dry naturally to prevent damage from blowdryer, and her natural spiral-curl hair looks super shiny every day.
As for those pics you listed, nobody, regardless of curly or straight texture, has natural hair like that. First, it needs the type of cut with the side and all-over layers in order for hair to hold the curls that way. Each of those pic requires curling, as well as shine-spray, with different sized curling irons. The bigger or looser the curl, the larger the size of barrel needed. Jessica Simpson's style needs smaller curling iron; 2nd one is a bit larger; Lindsey Lohan's requires at least 2" size. | A Question about Gallery Attire? I'm starting a new job at an upscale gallery that sells artistry jewelry, sculptures, and art. I was told to show up tomorrow in "gallery appropriate attire." I know what that means; the problem is, I don't have a great deal of dressy clothing now that I'm pregnant and nothing fits. Do you think I could get by with jeans, heels and a nice shirt until I have a chance to get some nicer outfits? | | No, I'm sorry. I know you can dress up jeans and well I live in them except for gallery's. At least get a nice pair of trousers or dress pants. Just one if you have to that fits ok and you feel comfortable in. But I'm sure you can get by with a nice shirt with dress pants. I'm sorry to bring you bad news | Getting the babies room ready...what do you think? Each of our girls has a quilt that we have brought them when they were a baby, so we need to buy one for the baby girl I am pregnant with now!
What do you think of this quilt?

Do you think that these sheets go with it?
www.baby-bedding.com.au/catalog/p…
If you can find any other quilts that are nice and pretty like this one, I would love to see them!
Oh and what do you think of this "sleeping bag"? If any of you have used a sleeping bag with your baby before - what did you think of it?
www.baby-bedding.com.au/catalog/p… | I think the quilt is gorgeous! And the sheets go very nicely, it will all look really cute in her room.
I love sleeping bags, I have used them with all of my guys. I love that I don't have to worry about my babies kicking off the covers and getting cold, or them going up over their heads accidently.
I use grobags, very expensive, but very worth it. The one in your link is gorgeous though! Just don't use the quilt and sleeping bag together at the same time, baby will get too hot. But I'm sure you know that already, lol. | Please help, i need some advice. her dad pretty much found out we had sex. help!!? he didn't like walk in, but she snuck me over on valentine's day. her sister's knew but she bribed them. then they told on her to her dad but only said "eli and her boyfriend were over and they went upstairs and were kissing) so her dad beat her with a belt(keep in mind i'm 15, almost 16, she's 14, i have the mind of a 17-19 year old?) so i finally found out, and i used to come over their house daily and i'm not allowed to come over their house anymore. because of something that happened awhile ago that her dad overreacted to, our parents exchanged numbers and i'm afraid that he's going to phone up my mom and tell her. anyway, our plan is that if that happens well say that she was on her period so we couldn't do anything(because she got off her period the day before valentine's day.) and now i'm curious as to what to do to this next step. her dad always liked me, he's really nice when he's not in a bad mood, and he's funny. i think he kinda sees me as a son. but anyway, would it be a good idea to have her try to talk to her dad about it(because they're supposed to be catholic but she's not catholic, she's just a regular christian) and kinda try to explain that? and show that we just wanted to just like hug kiss do what us couples do on valentine's day? he knows i'm a good guy, she had a bad past with guys, like she snuck someone over before(a bad guy presumably) and her sisters told on her and her dad hated that guy anyway. so yeah. but anyway, and i've been like the "knight in shining armor" for her and her dad sees that. would it be a good idea to tell him what i said earlier and try to ease everything to see if i could come over again and to ease her punishment? what should we do? AND TO THE NEY-SAYERS, what's done is done. i can handle the consequences of sex and the responsibilities it holds. i had this talk with my mother, she provides me with condoms and and i make sure i have sex EVERY TIME with a condom. i researched everything, we have a plan in place in case she does get pregnant(she has an under the table job, she's putting money away just in case if she does because she'd get an abortion) right now, i'm just asking for help. not comments from the peanut gallery about how i should control my sex life. i wanted to make love to my girlfriend on valentine's day, and that's what we did. i'm not like many hormone controlled teenagers that are in it for sex. NOW, if you would like to help me out with my problem/question, please help. if you have any opinions about my sex life, please keep them to yourself they're not needed. | | No. Don't bring it up to her father. Do you have any brain cells left?!! Sounds like your obsession w/ having sex(makin love) has clouded your thoughts completly. 1st of all, she is 14!!! You call it "making love", I call it SEX w/ a minor(M.r. mind of a 19yr old). 2nd, STOP telling lies. If the parents know, then why would you lie right to his face, and have your mom involved w/ your mess as well( M.r. knight in shining armour)? So why all the friggin lies and guilt over "just makin love to my girlfriend"? If its no big deal, and your'e this big "Man" who has it all figured out, then walk right up to her Dad and say it. Look..... you seem like a good guy, just hang low and hope you're not behind bars next week. Start being the man you claim to be. She's 14! Just because you love her doesn't make it ok to have sex. | Jessica Alba said to have hourglass figure, when she doesn't.? Magazines say her measurements are 34-24-34 or 36-25-36.... yet, Jess claimed on the Tyra show she was a 32B before she got pregnant.
She also has hardly any curves, she's very thin with a minor difference between her waist and hips...so i must ask, does she just lie to the media and tell them fake measurements, due to body issues (she suffered from an eating disorder) or is she right, and i'm not seeing clearly?

P.S- don't get me wrong, she has a nice body when she's not too thin. | | Jessica Alba says a lot of things. But, you're correct, I don't see an hourglass figure either. |
